Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what KIDDO's collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain: we only collect what we need to make your art books and run the shop — and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Order details — your name, email, phone and shipping address — so we can make and deliver your order.
The drawings and photos you send us, used to create your art book.
Basic technical data — cookies, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site.
How we use it
To make, ship and support your orders; to send you order updates; to measure and improve our ads; and to keep the site working and secure. That's it.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — including its server-side Conversions API — to understand how our ads perform.
On your first visit a small banner lets you choose. Tap “No thanks” and we won't run this tracking — neither in your browser nor on our server. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who we share data with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (secure data storage), Grow (payments), Meta (advertising), and our email provider. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Kids' drawings
Our products are made from kids' drawings, sent to us by a parent or guardian. We treat them with care and won't share or publish them publicly without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil the order and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then we remove it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — just email us at hello@kiddos-art.com and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date above.
