KIDDO's turns children's original drawings into printed art books. These terms cover how orders, production and delivery work. By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering
You choose a product and options on the site and place an order. We collect the original drawings by courier or by self drop-off in Tel Aviv.
Production & timeline
Production takes about 14–21 business days from the moment your drawings reach us. Each piece is made by hand in our Tel Aviv studio. We are not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.
Our layout is intentionally minimal — one drawing per page. There is no proof-approval step; you trust us to treat the drawing with care.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Grow (Israel's payment gateway). Prices on the site are in shekels (₪) and include VAT.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, as long as production hasn't started. Once we've begun designing or making a personalized piece it can no longer be cancelled, as required under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law for custom-made goods.
Intellectual property
The drawings stay yours. By ordering you give us permission to digitize and reproduce them solely to create your product. We may ask separately to show anonymized photos of finished pieces for marketing — you can always decline.
